A "graphic" is a picture, photo, drawing, or sketch ... anything but words.
You already made up your terrific title up above
Now, in this box #3, they want you to draw or sketch something that puts the same point across.
Next, in #4, they want you to explain what you drew in the box for #3.

A graphic is like a picture. You have to draw what your title would look like. For example: if your title is "Flyaway", you might draw a bird flying away. Then you have to explain why your picture relates to your title :)
