The electric current flowing through the resistance in the heating element creates heat, demonstrating the conversion of electrical energy into thermal energy.

Chemical to Mechanical Energy : When you eat food, your body converts the chemical energy stored in the nutrients into mechanical energy. For instance, when you eat a banana, the carbohydrates are broken down through metabolic processes in your body, releasing energy that fuels muscle contractions. This allows you to perform physical activities like running or lifting, showcasing the transformation from chemical energy to mechanical energy (kinetic energy).
