Answer (1)

Sure! Let's work on these Present Continuous exercises together.
Exercise 1: Fill in the blanks with the correct form of the verb in Present Continuous.

I am eating an apple.

He is watching TV.

They are playing football.

We are writing a letter.

You are listening to music.

My brother is sleeping now.

The dog is running in the garden.

She is drinking water.

In Present Continuous, we use "am," "is," or "are" combined with the "-ing" form of the verb to describe actions that are currently taking place.
Exercise 2: Put the words in the correct order to make Present Continuous questions.

(you / what / doing / are) → What are you doing?

(is / she / cooking) → Is she cooking?

(they / playing / are / football) → Are they playing football?

(reading / he / is / a book) → Is he reading a book?

(you / listening / are / music / to) → Are you listening to music?

In Present Continuous questions, we reverse the subject and "am/is/are" for the correct word order, and ensure to end with a question mark.
