The answer is d. The comma between the two adjectives (worn and ripped) makes the sentence make sense. All the other answers (including c) don't make sense to me. I strongly believe that d is correct. Repeat "worn ripped dollar bill" in your head (without the comma). It doesn't make sense, right? Then, read it again with the comma. It makes more sense
