FYI this is the english section not the math section anyway
a grouth rate of 25% means that 25/100
a factor of 2.5 means 250/100 or 250%
so 2.5 is greater

To compare factors we have to transform both to the same unit. Lets create 25% into decimal 25%=0.25 Now we can compare 25% and 0.25 and we see that 2.5 is greater. Answer: faster growth factor its 2.5.

A growth factor of 2.5 results in significantly faster growth compared to a growth rate of 25%. Specifically, after two periods, the growth factor leads to a total of 250, while the growth rate leads to 156.25. Thus, the growth factor of 2.5 is the faster option.
