Energy change from food to energy by digestion. You start at the mouth chomping it down into tiny pieces then it goes to your stomach. Then your stomach makes it even smaller because of the acid then it goes to your intestines. Your small intestines go first because they have villi to take the small food parts and then puts it into your bloodstream. That is how food is converted in to energy.
When you eat food, it is transformed through digestion into usable energy. This process involves mechanical and chemical breakdown in the mouth, stomach, and small intestine, allowing nutrients to be absorbed into the bloodstream. Ultimately, the energy from the food powers bodily functions and is stored or utilized as needed.
