Which type of cell has DNA in its nucleus: prokaryotic, eukaryotic, or both?

Eukaryotic because these type of cells (plant and animal cells) have a nucleus and it it stored there. In a prokaryotic cell, the DNA is in the cytoplasm because it has no nucleus for it to be stored in.

Eukaryotic cells contain DNA in a nucleus, while prokaryotic cells do not. In prokaryotes, DNA is found in the cytoplasm in a region called the nucleoid. Thus, the correct answer is eukaryotic cells.
