Answer (3)

The Supreme Court as enumerated by the U.S. Constitution has the power to determine whether a law is constitutional or not. The Supreme Court decides to rule on cases that are brought before it through a process of appeals through federal courts to decide whether a case is a constitutional case or not and then it decides whether or not the action being disputed is constitutional or not.

The Supreme Court of the United States has the legal authority to determine the constitutionality of laws through a process known as judicial review. This process allows the Court to evaluate and potentially invalidate laws that do not comply with the Constitution. The Supreme Court plays a critical role in maintaining the balance of power among the branches of government and protecting individual rights.
