As provided for in Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution, the Presidential oath of office concludes with the words "So help me God."

True or False?

False. There is no law saying the President, or Vice President has to say 'So help me god', or even use a bible. He can take the Oath with his hand on a comic book and it would still be valid.

The statement is False; the phrase "So help me God" is not included in the presidential oath as outlined in Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution. The official text of the oath does not require this addition, and its use is based on tradition rather than legal requirement.
