The pacific northwest indians had not just a variety of food and metals, but seafood too. I think the Western Plains Indians were more dependent on specific/limited variety of natural resources.
well...you wouldn't survive without natural resources .....so i think both Western Plains Indians and the Pacific Northwest Indians were equally dependent on natural resources.
