Describe how temperature, light, and soil affect an ecosystem.

Temprature provides the climate for organisms to live in, and plants to grow. Light provides the plants with energy, the energy is then passed on to the smaller animals that eat the plant (such as mice, voles, shrews). And then that energy is passed on to a bigger animal, and so forth. The soil provides habitat for underground animals, like gophers and moles, and is a place for plants to start growing. Honestly, without any of this, it would be impossible to survive.

Tempeture can affect its temperature because the climate changes an so the more it changes the more it affects and soil it can affect plants by its nutrients and then light the more the light the more stable the ecosystem is. Temperature, soil and light affect the ecosystem by determining the type of plant and animal life that will be there.

Temperature, light, and soil are critical components of ecosystems that influence the survival and growth of organisms. Each factor contributes to the energy flow, nutrient cycling, and habitat stability necessary for ecological balance. Changes in these elements can dramatically alter the health and structure of an ecosystem.
